本报讯（中青报·中青网记者 贾骥业）国家税务总局最新发布的数据显示，今年前11个月，民营企业新增减税降费及退税1万亿元，在全国企业新增减税降费及退税总额中的占比达71.3%；享受研发费用加计扣除、先进制造业企业增值税加计抵减两项支持科技创新的税收优惠政策减税6991亿元，占总额的71.2%；享受留抵退税金额2691亿元，占比为70.4%。
