2024年12月31日，“网信北京”微信公众号发布消息称，按照中央网信办等四部门联合发布的“清朗·网络平台算法典型问题治理”专项行动有关工作部署，北京市委网信办牵头组织开展北京市算法治理专项行动。联合市场监管、商务、公安等部门面向属地10家头部商品零售类平台开工作指导会，要求各企业进一步规范网络市场秩序，结合12345线上举报，严防盲目追求利益，一味压缩骑手配送时间，侵害新就业形态劳动者权益，利用算法实施大数据“杀熟”等问题。
